The brief
The agency had signed more clients than it could onboard. Every new plumber or roofer meant rebuilding the same sub-account by hand, and the owner was spending evenings on setup instead of sales calls. They wanted one repeatable account structure they could sell from, with their own branding on everything the client touches.
What we built
- 01
Set the platform up under their brand
Custom domain, logo, login screen, branded mobile app, and help docs, so nothing the client opens says Votel or VotelOps.
- 02
Designed the sub-account blueprint
One account structure covering pipelines, calendars, and forms for a service business, built so the next twelve accounts start from the same base instead of a blank slate.
- 03
Wired up the tools each client already had
Payment processing, calendars, and the quoting tools these trades already run on, connected per account rather than left for the client to figure out.
- 04
Handed over a launch checklist
A short written runbook the agency uses to open account thirteen without calling us.
What the end client sees
- Their agency's name and logo on the login screen and mobile app
- A working pipeline on day one, not an empty account
- Help docs in the agency's voice, not a third party's
What we'd tell you on a call
Most of the work in a rollout is deciding the structure once. After that, each new sub-account is a copy and a phone call.

How we document projects: white-label engagements are confidential (our name never appears on the client side), so each write-up covers the scope, the sequence, and the result by vertical rather than naming the agency behind it.
